Best Company Award for the Tamdown Group

On our first year of entering, the Tamdown Group has been successful in securing the title of “a first class organisation to work for” by the Sunday Times Best Companies award scheme.

Human Resources Manager Sarah McCulloch was presented the award at a ceremony held at the Art of Engagement Building, Milton Keynes, on Wednesday 8th February 2012.

The Best Companies process consists of two elements, an employee survey and an organisational questionnaire and the results were dependent upon how highly our staff scored the Tamdown Group according to a number of key measures which quantified what the Tamdown Group is like as a business to work for.

The senior management team at the Tamdown Group are very proud of this achievement. Mark Waine, HR & Business Improvement Director, said: “engagement of our workforce is at the heart of our business. We are very proud of our people and we are always looking for new ways of nurturing and retaining our talent. At the Tamdown Group, we look to see how we can stand out from the crowd from other employers and consider this to be a continuous journey”.
