Rob Kendal

Commercial Director

Rob is a forward thinking and proactive do-er with over 15 years’ experience at Tamdown. He has extensive knowledge in building and construction techniques, commercial and operational delivery. Rob’s drive and commitment to improve himself and the business never waivers. It’s this attitude that has taken his role to new heights. Developing a strong, motivated and committed team, Rob’s gained respect and admiration from his peers and clients alike.

Andy Parton

Business Development Director

Andy joined Tamdown in 2006 from a blue chip housing developer. He provides leadership, business acumen, energy and vision to the leadership and business development teams. Andy also thrives on instigating and developing long-term client relationships and securing new contracts for the business. Plus, he’s the go-to person for client construction challenges.

Mark Waine

HR Director

Mark is a Chartered Manager and accomplished Civil Engineer. He works within the Leadership Teams at Tamdown and TriConnex providing responsibility for HR, Health & Safety, and Learning & Development. Mark is delivery driven and passionate about people. This mirrors his successes of working with some major blue chip businesses, including Thames Water and Balfour Beatty.

Jeremy Brett

Pre-Construction and Planning Director

Jeremy is a highly focused Pre-Construction & Planning Director and has worked in the industry for 28 years. In that time, he has worked on over 110 complex Projects in London in the role of Construction Director. He is used to delivering Projects on programme on very tight sites to a high standard maintaining a Customer focus, looking out for the Developer’s best interests. He also enjoys working on complex and challenging sites and finding the right solutions.

Dawn Hillman

Finance Director

Dawn Hillman joined Tamdown in 1985 and has a unique and deep knowledge of the business. In addition to her duties as Company Secretary for the Group, she also serves as Finance Director of the Group's wholly owned subsidiaries Tamdown and TriConnex, and oversees the Group IT function. Dawn is also a Trustee of the Tamdown (Charitable) Foundation.

Mark Cain

Procurement & Plant Director

Mark joined Tamdown in 1993 and heads-up the Procurement and Plant teams. Mark has seen many changes over the years and has played a key part in the company’s expansion. Integrity being a keyword, he is highly motivated and passionate about achieving business goals and is focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Keith Breen

Key Account Director

Keith has been with Tamdown for nearly 30 years and is a well respected name in the industry. Starting as a Site Engineer, he has progressed through the ranks with his exceptional customer service and liason skills. A true leader to his team in terms of motivation, passion and commitment, Keith never fails to deliver successful projects. Furthermore, he’s an advocate of change and innovation, and actively promotes and leads business improvement across the group.
