Countryside Strategic appointed Tamdown for the construction of the major on and off site infrastructure roads, public and private drainage together with associated balancing pond and public open spaces.

Tamdown also assisted with the provision of an 8 acre local park consisting of fresh water lakes, a cricket pitch, 2 football pitches, a sports pavilion, and an extensive footpath / cycle-way network.

Following our initial contract with Countryside Strategic, further development contracts were awarded by various national developers. These works consisted of estate road infrastructure and groundworks packages. On completion, this development will provide up to 3000 dwellings, with in excess of 1.5 million square feet of employment space and a new railway station, all contained within 690 acres (subject to further planning approvals).
