This continuing residential development will be a carefully planned, sensitive, urban extension to the village of Trumpington and the south of the city of Cambridge. Up to 2,300 new homes will be accommodated on site consisting of 60% houses and 40% apartments, providing much needed family housing and community facilities to the area.

Tamdown are carrying out the infrastructure, drainage, road installations and 278 works on the development and have also installed 4 balancing ponds to act as water attenuation points.
