The development consisted of the design and construction of a 76 bedroom timber framed hotel for the Real Hotel Group’s new brand of Purple Hotels including the enabling works and section 278 road-works.

The project included the management of the design team from initial design through the construction phase and the completion of “as built” drawings.

The hotel contained 3 meeting rooms, a café bar, full kitchen and rooms equipped for less able visitors.

The project was a “turn key” development including the provision of soft furnishings and fixtures.
