Groundworks

CONTRACT VALUE: £3,700,000

CONTRACT DURATION: 24 Weeks 

The construction of a new 2.1Km long access road and waste centre including all roundabouts, drainage (8 meters deep), services and associated hard-standing areas. 

The works also included the installation of large pre-cast concrete culverts to divert an existing water course and major 278 works. 

The Tamdown Group was the principle contractor on the project and carried out the works under the supervision of Milton Keynes Council and the Environment Agency.
