The construction of substructure, drainage, 6 storey concrete frame and associated infrastructure.

Intermediate mezzanine slabs and storey heights in excess of 7m resulted in detailed pre planning of falsework designs and health and safety procedures.

The Dokaflex system was utilised for the floor slabs and Framax for the walls & columns.
