The construction of a 5 storey RC Frame and undercroft carparking comprising of 30 No. affordable homes and 3 commercial units to the ground floor.

The RC Frame consisted of 2700m2 of suspended slabs and a 450/600mm thick transfer slab at 1st floor level.

The ground floor slab to the commercial units was constructed using PCC beam and block and undercroft parking was of tarmac construction. The complete package included groundwork’s, substructure works drainage including a 3 x 3 x 3m deep pump chamber, external works and RC Frame.
