All new site staff are given a one-day induction to the Group’s Health and Safety procedures together with ongoing planned training in health and safety development

We employ a dedicated Health and Safety and training team together with NHBC advisors, and are committed to having a 100% of our employees CSCS compliant. Our Health and safety committee ensures that best practice and lessons learnt are consistently applied across our business.

We pay regard to our health and safety commitments through:-

• The provision and maintenance of plant, and systems of work, that are safe and without risk to health
• The maintenance of all work places in a condition that is safe and without risks to health, together with the provision and maintenance of safe means of access and egress
• The safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances
• The provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure that work may be carried out safely and without risks to health
• The provision and maintenance of a working environment that is safe, without risks to health, and adequate as regards facilities and arrangements for welfare at work
